Class Schedule

All classes are being held at Northwest Florida State College in Niceville, Florida except for the classes starting on Wednesday and Thursday.  For classes starting on Wednesday or Thursday, please report to the location indicated below.  Classroom assignments for all other classes will be given to you when you check-in on Friday afternoon, Saturday morning, or Sunday morning in the Student Services Center, 1st Floor.  Lunch will be provided at no charge on Campus in Student Services Center on Saturday and Sunday from 11:45am till 1 pm.  The Banquet on Saturday evening will be in the Gynasium at the First Baptist Church of Niceville at 622 Bayshore Drive from 5:30 pm till 8:30 pm.

 


 

Wednesday, September 12, thru Sunday, September 16

Firefighting Tactics and Strategy I – 8 am till 5 pm (Classroom located at Okaloosa School Nutrition Center Dining Room, 202-A N. Hwy 85, Niceville)
Fire Service Hydraulics - 8 am till 5 pm (Classroom located at Okaloosa County EOC, 90 E. College Blvd., Niceville)

Building Construction for the Fire Service - 8 am till 5 pm (Classroom located at Comfort Suites, 148 John Sims Pkwy, Niceville)
S-130/S-190/L-180 - 8 am till 5 pm (Jackson Guard Conference Room, 107 Nwy 85 North, Niceville) (Preference given to FF I Students)


 

Thursday, September 13 through Friday, September 14 (For FF I Students Only) Scholarships Available

Florida Firefighter I Skills Second Signature Sign Off - 8 am till 5 pm (Class located at TBD, Niceville, FL)  Check-in will be on 9/12/2018 from 6:30p till 7:30p and 9/13/2018 from 6:30a till 7:30a in the Lobby/Breakfast area of Quality Inn.
